Notes

Pretty solid premeet. Solo for the Honey, with everyone for Lucky.

Goals for tomorrow:

1) Break 33:00. Let's go big. I just need to run 79 second laps and I'm golden.

2) Start smart and controlled. I really should avoid starting in a sub 77. That said, if I do, I need to be able to readjust comfortably.

3) Run even. There will be people to pass and people passing constantly. This is going to be crucial to stay steady and smooth.

4) Compete. If there is a group up with a mile to go, I need to catch them. Good practice for NEWMACs.
