Failed workout. Started with a 82, then stopped my watch when I meant to lap. I was not mentally ready to run this morning and the 30 mph wind just completely sapped any energy that I had for this run. So I stopped and ran barefoot on the turf for about 5 laps. Still really tired from the past three days and the show.
