Stole Scott's time. It's pretty close, but mine should be longer. (Two days sans watch...)

Weird feeling workout. Four by Sagamore Loop, 6 by 200 at the end. The first one was really slow (8:12?), everything else was alright. My legs are definitely starting to deaden more than I like.
