No idea what I'll be able to do here, so take what's given
Very solid dreadmill run - did a bunch of messing around, which helped quite a lot. Did some hill bursts, kicked the pace up to 6 flat for a tenth, just having a bit of fun. That felt good and largely cleared up my headspace, which is nice. More music listening today, which will be good.
