Two laps of the lake, running with a big group. It was a pretty lovely afternoon, ran in shorts. Longest run of the past couple years as well.
Since I looked it up, this is the longest run I've done since the Madison Marathon in November 2014. This week had the highest mileage since then as well. So, you know, I've got that going for me.
