Notes
Long slow run, with the emphasis on slow. Ran early to get it out of the way, but should have thought more about the route. Nasty headwind all by the airport and then more as I turned up Pleasant. Also, it was chilly. Ran in pants and long sleeves and never pushed up the sleeves. Not a bad run.
On the flip side, this was a pretty solid week.
