Attack some hills
Not super hilly, but not flat. Up osmundsen, left on PD to cannonball, then up the hilly side. It's backwards badgers foreleg but not really. Need a good name though.
Still blistered between big and second toes on the right foot, but it's popped. So... Watching it - stings, but is still runnable. Left Achilles was a little twangy too. Might do mile repeats in the am tomorrow. Not sure about the pitch black workout...
