Faceless Pez is what I should run here - and I did! Felt good, 6 miles at 6:40 even is good. I do need to work on the mental side more since I was definitely in my head for this, but as a counterpoint - this loop is good for tempo work because it's boring and straight and flat as heck. I did miss a few spots so a bit of chafing, which isn't great - the odlo shorts are okay in the cold, but in the midlevel heat where they dry out, they are not great.
As a note, my watch was definitely not reading my HR very well, since it claimed to be an average of 140, which seems... suspect.
