Grooved - I changed the plan a bit since I was really not up for a workout today. I think I'm going to attempt the tempo on Sunday (tired legs woo) and very long on Saturday, pending having enough time. But with some traveling coming up, I might mess with the mileage so that it's a little more manageable.
