Decent workout and good weather. Felt sluggish at first, then got better with the run.

Also, as it turns out, I ran it slightly wrong. The second section was supposed to be 2 minutes recovery, not 3. I thought it seemed weird that it was the same recovery for 200 meters shorter. Dang.
