Disappointed with pace but weather awful so hmm ok. Out the door at a more civilised hour rather than 10pm last night. Did feel tired towards the end. Glad to unlace key & stick it in the front door lock. Only 7.2 miles? May recheck but i've a feeling i've checked before. Hilly course though. that's my excuse.
