Taught Cycle 60 this morning. It is tough because it isn't necessarily a workout for me, as it has to be for my students. I am on the bike and get off the bike and need to encourage people a lot. It is a lot of starting and stopping.
It was challenging and then I kind of backed off. Just mentally kind of in a tough spot right now.
