This is my last class at TGT - Center for LTF. It will be a 45 min class. Here is how it breaks down:
10 Min - Cardio (Warm up, with a step, set at 150 bpm tempo.)
Arms - Weights 10lbs (3-4 Min)
Legs - Weights 10lbs (3-4 Min)
Cardio - No Weights, 150-152 bpm, very quick movements (4-5 min)
Repeat those 3 sections 3 times through.
Ends with core work, of 4-5 min as well. Sit ups, crunches, lifting legs, that type of stuff...
Probably the BEST CRT Class I have ever taught at the TGT Center - LTF!
