I read through your e-mail and wanted to take on the challenge of 8,9,10 & 11 levels for 4 miles but it proved to be too much. I drank beer, had pizza and didn't get enough sleep because of it. Due to these factors, I had to hop of the treadmill for 10 seconds or so at 2.66 miles at level 10 and catch my breath. I came right back to it and finished. I gave up mentally, way to early.... I just did this yesterday. Not good....
1st Mile: 8.0
2nd Mile: 9.0
3rd Mile: 10.0
.1 Mile: 10.0
I will look to do the challenge you proposed tomorrow. It will be interesting to see how long i can hold onto 11.0 after running 3 miles....
