With my injured shoulder (I could have impingement syndrome, I guess...) I can do flat or inclined dumbbell press at all. Nor can I do push ups. So I did a lot of the following.
Bicep Curls: 35lb weights - 10 reps x 4 Sets
Ab Roll Outs: Ab Roller - 12 reps x 4 sets
