I taught a Cardio Circuit class this morning. The general approach is this:

Cardio Profile - Specific to HR work.

Weights (Arms): I would use light 5lbs or 10 lbs weights or even a resistance band.

Legs. I would use either lunges or squats

We would do that all again and end with 10 minutes of core work.
