I took a Circuit class this morning. The general approach is this:

Cardio Profile - Specific to HR work.

Weights (Arms): I would use 10 lbs weights & a resistance band.

Legs. I would use either lunges or squats and use of a box for jumping up & down as well.

We would do that all again and end with 10 minutes of core work.

It was very challenging!
