1 Min - Ball Pass from feet to hands
1 Min - Ab roller (24 roll outs)
1 Min - 30 Sec (Leg Hover) & 30 Sec Bicycles
Repeat again.
2 Min - Rope twist up & down with weight plate at bottom.
