Taught Spin last night. I am trying to stay on the bike more and more. The Class on Wednesday is a Cycle & Sculpt Class. I have the class use a resistance band at 2-3 separate spots in the class. The first is to put it over the handlebars and pull it straight down towards the floor, while you are off the seat. The next is to have you standing up tall, still off the seat, wrap the band around the front post of the bike and pull the folded over band towards your waist line. Both are meant to work on your muscular strength.

It was a decent class but with light attendance, as I think everyone had Holiday Parties. Again, the priority is to try to stay on the bike more and burn more calories...
