I subbed total conditioning for the Department Head of Group Fitness. Total Conditioning is really more focused on the weights, resistance bands and a step. It is more strength training and very minimal / controlled cardio.

I couldn't do a ton of the stuff because my should was quite tender. I got good feedback about the class though!
