Lifted with my Buddy Joe. Same workout as Wednesday. Exactly the same.
I have a slightly injured left shoulder, ever since I did 75lb free weights - incline bench before WTM. I had to take 1-2 weeks off before WTM for it to get a little better.
I am not up to 45, 50, and now 55lbs for flat & inclined bench press - free weight dumbbells. I definitely feel as though I am getting stronger for sure!
