Ran a 5K on BBY Treadmill.
1st Mile: 7.0 Setting
2nd Mile 8.5 Setting
3rd Mile: 10.0 Setting
.1 Mile: 10.0 Setting
Then completed 15 additional minutes of core work. (Ab roller, hand to foot exercise ball pass, leg flutter, dolphin push ups both on and off the exercise ball.)
Pretty decent start to the day. Also, took C4 Creatine powder that I have this morning. (Blue Raspberry.)
