I filled this out but it doesn't look like anything saved....

I did six separate intervals on a stationary bike. I didn't have my HR Monitor on so I worked off of levels and cadence.

Each interval was 90 seconds long, with the last 30 seconds of each interval being quite hard to maintain. The total resistance on the bike was at level 18. I worked to keep my cadence for the first 4 above 85 rpm. The last two were seated with hands resting on top of head. Those I tried to stay above 65 rpm.

These were challenging.
