Really good run under not the best conditions. What happened to spring? It was in the mid 30s with a pretty steady 15 to 20 mph wind out of the west and pretty much in my face for the first 3 miles. Fortunately, I felt really good & really strong from the start today & I cut through the wind nicely, keeping a steady effort and a nice pace. Once I hit the turnaround, the 3 miles with the wind at that same effort were really easy and comfortable.
