Felt pretty drained after the five miles in the heat so I hopped in the car & went to the indoor track to finish the workout.
Strides went really well. Legs revived well & felt really good during all five reps. Turnover was consistently high and was above 212 in each of the repeats. Pedestals w/ lifts x 2, Cannonball routine, & leg circuit exercises completed after the strides.
