Excellent interval workout. Much better execution than last week. After a comfortable warm up, took the first interval a bit conservatively early to find "mile effort" Adjusted a little during the last half of the first interval and finished it strong at an effort & pace I was confident I could maintain. Then, ran the last seven intervals very consistently, holding pace & effort nicely in each of them. Felt strong in all the intervals, even in the last two when I definitely was more fatigued. Control of effort & pace was very good in this workout & I was able to maintain good focus & not push the pace too hard in any of the intervals. Cool down was solid & mirrored the warm up. Completed all exercise routines after the workout.
