Pretty good medium long run. Started off 1st mile comfortably, but a little fast. In mile 2, adjusted pace & effort slightly. Then pretty much ran consistently just under 10 min/mile (plus or minus a few seconds) the rest of the way. Through mile 6 felt really good with a very consistent and comfortable running rhythm. Did feel some fatigue during the second half of the run, particularly in the last 3 1/2 miles. I think some of this fatigue was related to the very dry indoor conditions, which necessitated a couple of extra hydration stops to avoid dehydration. Overall I just fought through the fatigue & discomfort during the last 3 12 miles by increasing effort & turnover just slightly to keep that section of the run in line with the earlier miles.
