Notes

Strong, consistent & steady run start to finish. Very comfortable effort. Locked into pace & effort in mile one and sustained it right through the end of mile 11. Felt like I could have run several more miles at same pace. Pedestals with lifts x 2, Cannonball routine, & leg circuit exercises after the run. Pedestals with lifts were solid & all exercises were done effectively.
