The broken record continues to play. Another set of intervals executed about as well as I'm capable at this stage of training. Warm up miles were relaxed, steady & just fast enough to set up running the intervals.. Felt great running the Intervals themselves which had a steady effort in all four half miles with a very natural increase in pace, but not effort, from the first interval to the last two.. Again felt a little fatigue towards the end of the final two intervals, but this was very minimal and had no effect on pace or effort during those intervals. Cool down miles were a repeat of the warm up miles. Great control of effort during this workout & felt tired, but not depleted, at the end of the workout.. Completed the full set of post run exercises after the workout.
