Fell into a great running rhythm from the start. Was surprised at the split for the first mile because the running was so relaxed and easy and then was surprised again at the splits for the last three miles it never felt like I was running that fast or pushing the effort at any point during the run. Effort never really varied during the entire run and the consistent, strong effort resulted in the slow, steady increase in speed.
