Prairie Path


This one was a real struggle from mile 3 to the end. Some of this resulted from Prairie Path surface, which, although improved from 3 weeks ago, was still very hard & uneven. Also the fact that I haven't quite gotten my sleep, eating & hydration routines back to normal after the head cold & congestion earlier this week probably added a lot to the difficulty with today's run. At least, I pushed through and got the mileage in & with good rest for the next day & a half, Saturday's run should go much better. Pedestal routine with leg lifts x 2, Cannonball routine & leg circuit exercises after the run
