Strides were very comparable to yesterday's even though they were run on legs that were definitely more tired.
Cadence slightly slower than yesterday, but still very strong. First rep was the slowest, but the second rep was much better and the last 3 reps pretty much were a repeat of that second rep except that I increased the peak turnover to 218 in reps 3 & 4 and to 220 in the final rep. Myrtl routine, pedestal routine (45 seconds x 2) and leg circuit 1 after the strides. Pedestals solid at 45 seconds on both reps although that 45 seconds is still the max amount for the left side pedestal. Execution of lateral shuffle & single leg squat showed slight improvement.
