Pretty good run. Legs felt strong in the cool weather. Solid execution of the progression sections although I didn't push the paces in each as hard as I probably could have as I decided to be a bit conservative on the third straight run day with the 18 miler coming up on Saturday. The transitions from marathon to 1/2 marathon to 10k effort were pretty seamless as I slowly increased the effort in each section. Once I had built up to the target effort I was able to maintain the harder effort fairly easily. Still had plenty in the tank at the end of the 45 minute progression section & then ran a slow & easy (and very comfortable) cool down. Completed full set of exercise routines after the run.
