Notes

Solid and consistent run at recovery pace/effort. First mile was a little bumpy, but felt great after that. Cut the run short to make sure I get enough rest & recovery to move up next week's workouts by one day. Pedestals x 2 (50 seconds) & Myrtl routine after the run.
