8 x 800 at 3:46-3:50 with the ridiculous Yasso recovery. It was supposed to be .25 at 3:50, but who the fuck can run that slowly? I ended up doing .2 at 2:45 after each.

Felt pretty darned manageable to easy, so I guess I shouldn't mock the recovery.
