As always, I prefer long runs to be double digits, but I wanted this color in my graph. IT"S IMPORTANT!!
Pretty brisk to start but sweating a lot by the end. I mean, dogs and birds were all out there having a great time without any hats, gloves, or even light parkas.
Endurance re-improving again. 8 weeks to California!
