Notes
Important observations on today's jaunt:
Between mile markers 4 and 5: That pair of broken glasses that's been hanging on the thinnest of a limb for 6 years (I know you know what I'm talking about A1!) is STILL there. The Flood 'o the Century warshes away the Opry and creates mud huts. But those glasses remain. My word.
Between miles 7 and 8: OMG. Hadn't seen this part yet. It looks like both a tornado and an earthquake visited. Big heaves in the roadway, entire hillsides gone, and sunlight where the darkest part of Monkeyville used to be. Eerie. And not like the lake. But sort of.
Between miles 8 and 9: Someone has etched out a humungous weiner (not Oscar Mayer) in the roadway. It seems to have been done with mud, and there are some nice realistic touches that one might not necessarily expect from a roadway weenie. So, I'd have to give it a 7 for artistic effort.
