I guess my post-injury fitness is beginning to return, bitches.
Cheryl and Amy both had astounding PRs. We schooled everyone today. (lolz!)
First mile in 7:05 and then didn't look at my watch the rest of the race. Did serious math in my head anticipating my usual 3rd mile slowdown, so was surprised to see 21-something when the clock came into view. Not checking my watch anally throughout the race seems to help. Or, at least, it did this time.
