Best long run in a year. Unexpected blast of energy miles 15-20. OMG.
Tour de Nashville, complete with the old dude on the bike in Centennial who needs serious dental work, a.m. drunks on lower Broad, slapping the plastic Elvis, weenie vendors setting up at Titans stadium, cheery tourists in Jags jersies (boo) snapping pics of the Hard Rock, discarded halloween wigs and a fake nose near Vandy, incredibly loud mocking birds near Granny White Pike, overwhelming barbecue wafts in the farmer's market, three waving nuns on West End en route to mass.
What a great little town.
