A couple with the girls, a couple before the XC laughs, and then the 5K at the promised not-race-pace, but it is a fuck load harder to even run tempo-ish on an XC course. Wow. That was an eye opener. Anyway, nice to actually run a cross country course after coaching for 3 years. lolz.
