Notes

Knee was pretty stiff/sore this a.m. and the run yest. seems to have made the race/calf thing flare up since I was probably favoring my knee. So I'm feeling like x-training for a few days because why the hell not?

Looking forward to getting through a week without shitting myself, pulling a muscle in a race, or falling on my head.
