PWP 5.8 plus 2 times LLH.
This was a little test for Saturday's "race." Felt okay but not stunning. Ran the downhill mile to Stone Gates in 7:15. Could probably run it under 7:00, though don't want to risk an injury in an unimportant race while training for Boston. Probably will take it relatively easy.
note of 1/12/09...distance was off. Not 7 miles. 5.8 plus LLH x2 is about 6.5 miles.
