Jumped in and ran the half at MP in a torrential downpour. Parked over at stadium early to get 5 miles easy across the city and circuitously to the start. First time ever to run around Nashville in a trash bag before sunrise. Pretty sure my running resume is complete now.
Oh, and MASSIVE 4 minute pr for Cheryl in the half!!! She's killing it!
