2 x 2000 and then 1 x 1000 because I couldn't keep up in the last one. Ran this with some of the faster girls, and ffs, my speed is sucking air. Still, felt good to run fast(er) after not doing much more than dawdling for 6 weeks. Leg seems to be holding up. Active release tomorrow. Yikes?
