Notes

Stationary bike at the gym. Nice alternative. Legs feel okay except for left hamstring (as usual).

Stretched. Mostly I'm just REALLY tired. Hope to focus on fewer miles and more speed in the next couple months. Then two weeks off completely when in Tanzania. Then buildup for fall marathons (Greenway, Monkey, maybe another in January).

Want to break 3:35. More miles, more speed. Load to failure.
