8 at 5-10 faster than marathon pace (NOT Monkey MP---a normal course MP). First 2 miles at about 8:50. 6 at 7:55-8:05. Felt REALLY great.

Minimal achilles pain. This odd thing referred to as "stretching" seems to work.
