Lil ole run after helping out (but not running) Judicata 10k. Legs still warshed up from this week's stuff.
In other news, Cheryl ka-boomed a huge PR on a terrible course and won her age group. KOB slammed it for 2nd o'all and then plopped it next to me in the chip chute to dry heave for a while. We're close.
