I don't really know what to call this run. 3 x 1 mile at 7:45-7:50 with 3-4 minutes in between, quickly progressive back to pace. It kind of killed me but not entirely, so let's call it a tempo.

This would have been easier onTues., but hard 48 hours after Tuesday. If you catch my drift.
