Shell Hill loop plus the 5.8 plus LLH. 21 seconds slower than 11.2 race pace. 17 seconds faster than Monkey pace.
Felt better than I thought I would, though legs sore in a few places (Left hamstring, right achilles, left knee extra crunchy, though not really any pain. Nice.)
Saw a red fox. Also saw the weirdo Striders guy running repeats on Shell Hill. As usual, I said hello and he acted as though I wasn't there. Nice again.
