Wanted to see what actually felt easy for an hour, so ran at gym (plus, downpour). A couple pickups, but otherwise 10:00-10:30 feels good.

Also, losing 5 pounds doesn't hurt. Sorry, but cross training=weight gain. So much for my sensible plan to mix in cross training. Gah.
